Both. A single cracked tile, a shower that has started leaking or a bead of silicone that needs replacing are all normal jobs for us. A good portion of our work is maintenance rather than renovation.

Not usually. Most of our customers give us access and get on with their day. For rentals and apartment buildings we are used to coordinating with agents, tenants and building managers.

Grout removal and tile cutting are dusty, so we use dust extraction and sheet up the areas around the work. The room gets cleaned down before we hand it back.

Not immediately. Grout and silicone both need time to cure, and using the shower too early is a good way to undo the work. We tell you exactly how long to wait before we leave.
